What happens to my order if I’m not home?
The delivery driver from PostNL or DHL will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, there are three possibilities for where your order may be:
- The delivery driver will return the next day.
- The order is with the neighbors.
- The order is at a pick-up point.
You will be informed about this through a note in your mailbox, via the Track & Trace link, or by email.
