What can I do if I received a damaged item?

Of course, that's not the intention! If you have received a damaged item or if there is an issue with your order, you can return the items for free. By indicating what was wrong with your item on the return form, we can process your return more quickly, allowing you to receive your refund faster.

Since all returned and damaged items are manually checked in our warehouse, it may take 4-6 weeks before the purchase amount is refunded.
