How long does delivery take?

Items that are directly available are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days. During busier periods, the delivery time may be slightly longer. The estimated delivery date for your items will always be indicated during the ordering process.

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, check the shipping confirmation you received by email. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a link to track the shipment.

Email from PostNL: in case you've chosen to pick up your parcel from a parcel shop, PostNL will send you emails about the status of your shipment and when it's ready for pick up.

This way you always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to get it to you.

How can I be sure my order went through correctly?

If your order was successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Do you have an account with us? Then you can view your orders in your account under 'Your orders.'

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free deliveries for orders from a value of 24,90 €, otherwise shipping & service fees of 3,90 € apply.

What can I do if I received a damaged item?

Of course, that's not the intention! If you have received a damaged item or if there is an issue with your order, you can return the items for free. By indicating what was wrong with your item on the return form, we can process your return more quickly, allowing you to receive your refund faster.

Since all returned and damaged items are manually checked in our warehouse, it may take 4-6 weeks before the purchase amount is refunded.

I only received part of my order, what now?

It’s likely that you’re experiencing a partial delivery. We want you to receive your ordered items as quickly as possible. If an item from your order is not available for delivery within 2-4 days, we will first ship the rest of the items and then send the item that couldn’t be delivered within the standard delivery time. You may receive multiple shipments for one order. You can always contact our customer service to confirm if another delivery is on its way.

Which delivery service will ship my package?

We ship our items with PostNL and DHL. At the end of the checkout process, you will see which delivery service will be handling your package.

Question 8

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course! You can have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address. For example, you can have it delivered to your workplace. Simply choose a payment method (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) and provide the desired shipping address under 'Shipping Address'.

*Note: This option is not available with the Klarna Pay Later payment method.

Can I have my package delivered to a parcel shop?

For a large variety of items, you are able to choose a parcel shop that accepts Hermes packages instead of a private delivery address. Some articles are excluded from this selection. Any such exclusions are displayed.

In which countries do you deliver?

Currently, we deliver to Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Question 11

What happens to my order if I’m not home?

Accepted Answer

The delivery driver from PostNL or DHL will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided. If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, there are three possibilities for where your order may be:

- The delivery driver will return the next day.
- The order is with the neighbors.
- The order is at a pick-up point.
You will be informed about this through a note in your mailbox, via the Track & Trace link, or by email.
