How can I pay my outstanding invoice via Klarna?

The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your purchase is by logging into the Klarna App or visiting the Klarna website: https://www.klarna.com/nl

If you prefer to pay via a bank transfer, that is also possible. You will find the payment details in the Klarna app and in the email you received with your payment overview. Make sure to include the payment reference from the invoice in the comments field to ensure your payment is linked to the correct invoice. Pay each invoice separately using its specific payment reference.

Why can’t I pay later with Klarna?

When you select the “pay later” option, Klarna performs a check to determine if you’re eligible to order for the chosen amount. This check considers three factors: your payment history with Klarna, the order amount and in some cases, external information from a credit bureau.
The approval depends on a combination of these factors.

If “pay later” isn’t available, you can complete your order using an alternative payment method.

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices on our app and mobile webshop. You can select this payment method in the checkout area. It is accessible through all browsers and you can pay using a linked payment card. To pay using Google Pay, follow these steps:

1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to checkout. Google Pay will be available as a payment method.

2. In case you have a voucher code, you can still enter this in the designated field.

3. After choosing the payment method, select "Next" and then "Order and pay now".

4. You will be redirected to Google Pay, where you can select the card you want to pay with.

5. Please check if your order details are correct, and then complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.

6. Once you have confirmed the payment, you will be shown the confirmation page and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Why was a payment by credit card declined?

There are several reasons why a credit card payment may not be possible. For example, due to general technical issues, input errors, card validity, etc. Additionally, your credit card account must be enabled for the 3D Secure payment process. Alternatively, we are happy to offer the following payment methods: Pay Later with Klarna, PayPal or iDEAL.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

The payment process automatically reserves the bought items for you. Your credit card is only charged with the total amount of your purchases once the items are shipped.
