What can I do if I have a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us via mail ([email protected]). You will receive a detailed response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint is handled, you can also submit it to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel (www.sgc.nl) or through the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
