Where can I find the secret code and the serial number of my gift card?

Physical Gift Card: The Secret code is a 10-character code composed of numbers and letters. On a physical gift card, you can find this code on the back beneath the scratch-off field. The serial number is a combination of at least 14 numbers. You can also find this on the back of the gift card beneath the barcode.

Digitally Transmitted Codes: You should have received the Secret code (and eventually the serial number) via email or as a download from our partner. Like with physical gift cards, the Secret code consists of a 10-character combination of numbers and letters.
