How can I return my order?

We are currently updating our return process to be more sustainable. This means you may find a pre-printed return label in your parcel, or you may receive a parcel without one. Both methods are quick and easy!

Check your parcel
First, check if your package contains a pre-printed return label and return document.

If you have a label: Simply stick it onto the package and include the return document inside.

If you don't have a label: No problem! You can easily create a digital return through your account (see below). No printer is required.

Prepare your package
Place the items in their original packaging (e.g. the shoebox or the polybag where the item was packed in). If you are returning multiple items, please ensure they belong to the same order. Items from different orders cannot be combined into one package.

If you no longer have the original shipping box, you can use any sturdy packaging as long as the items are well-protected.

Register your return & Drop off
If you didn't receive a label, or if you've lost it, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Account and go to 'Your Orders'.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click 'Return Item'.
3. Select the items you are sending back and click 'Create Return'.
4. The barcode: You will receive a return barcode. You can download this to your phone or print it out.
5. At PostNL: Take your package to a PostNL point. If you don’t have a printed label, simply show the barcode on your phone. The staff will scan it, print a label for you, and handle the rest!

Important Information
- Multiple packages: If your order arrived in several shipments, please return the items in their respective original packages. This ensures we can process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Refunds: We will refund the amount via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of shipment).
- Condition: Please return items in the same condition you received them. If products are damaged, a reduction in value may be applied to the refund.
- Notifications: You don’t need to call or email us; our system updates automatically once PostNL scans your return barcode.

Did you already use your return label for returning an item and decided to return another one from the same shipment? Please request a new return label at our customer service.
