What happens to my return shipment?

After packing your return in the original packaging and dropping it off at the nearest post office, it will be sent to our returns warehouse.

Once your return arrives, the process is as follows:     

1. Returns are first unpacked and inspected. Your refund will be automatically processed.
2. Any items that need repair or cleaning are handled on-site. 
3. Finally, items are repackaged to be resold.

Products that are too damaged to be resold are passed on to our partners for recycling. This way, we help take care of the environment.
