How will I get my money back after a return?

The refund is always made through the same payment method you used for your order.

If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. If you paid with PayPal, the credit will be added to your PayPal account. For invoice payments: we will reduce the invoice amount by the value of the returned item (including VAT) and you should transfer the remaining amount to the specified account. If you have already paid the full invoice amount, we will refund the amount of the returned items to your account.
