Is it possible to exchange an item?

It is not possible to directly exchange an item. However, you can return your items free of charge using the return label included in the package. Once we have received your package in our warehouse and your returned items have been processed (you will receive a confirmation email), the amount will be refunded within 14 business days. The timing of the refund depends on the payment method you used.

In the meantime, you can order the item you would like to have by placing a new order.
