What are Coins?
Coins are ABOUT YOU's internal, free points program. You automatically collect Coins with every order made through an active customer account (1 Coin per €1). These Coins are held for 30 days after your order is received. If you return part or all of your order, the collected Coins will be adjusted proportionally to your return. After 30 days, your Coins will become active and can be redeemed. Your Coins, if not redeemed, are valid for 6 months
