Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Our warehouse is very fast at processing orders, so sometimes it may no longer be possible to cancel even just a few minutes after placing the order.

Therefore, the quickest way to cancel is by going to your customer account, finding the relevant order (usually at the top), opening it, and selecting the option to cancel the order. Please note that you can only request a cancellation for products that are being shipped together. So, if you want to cancel all items in your order but your order has been split into multiple deliveries, you will need to submit a cancellation request for each planned delivery. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel individual items within a package.
