Can I change my address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address after you have placed your order. Orders are processed immediately, so it’s not possible to make any changes.

 

Once your package has been received by PostNL, it may be possible to change the address through your MijnPostNL account. However, we cannot guarantee this. You can create an account online at www.mijnpostnl.nl or download the app to check if this is possible. You will need your Track & Trace number for this. Please note that changing the address with PostNL may result in a one-day delay in delivery. If you have questions about your MijnPostNL account, please contact PostNL customer service.

 

If the address is unreachable or the delivery cannot be made, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will check everything and issue a refund as quickly as possible.
