Terms & Conditions “ABOUT YOU 10 FREE” raffle September 1. Organizer
The organizer of the “ABOUT YOU 10 FREE” raffle draw is ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG, represented by ABOUT YOU Verwaltungs SE, which is represented by the Management Board Tarek Müller, Hannes Wiese and Sebastian Betz, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg (hereinafter: “ABOUT YOU” and/or “organizer” and/or “we”).
2. Participation
Any natural person over the age of 18 and resident in the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia and Greece is eligible to participate. Excluded from this are employees of the ABOUT YOU Group, cooperation partners and third-party companies involved in the implementation of the raffle draw, as well as their respective family and household members. Participation in the raffle draw requires a valid order with ABOUT YOU during the promotion period.
3. It's that easy!
Here's what you need to do to take part:
- STEP 1: ORDER
Order between 17-09-2025, 11:00 am and 21-09-2025, 11:59 pm. With every order you automatically take part in the raffle draw and have the chance to receive your order for free!
- STEP 2: WAIT 50 DAYS
After our standard returns period, we will proceed the draw ~50 days after the last campaign day. You will receive one chance to win (i.e. one virtual ticket) for each order. Partial returns are eligible; if you win, the value of returned items will be deducted. Full returns are excluded from the raffle draw.
- STEP 3: REFUND
After the return period has expired, we will contact the winners by e-mail. If you are notified, you must provide your bank details within 14 days in order to receive a refund for your order.
Every order placed during the campaign period (17-09-2025 to 21-09-2025) via our web stores or our apps in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia and Greece automatically enters you into the raffle draw.
Only the value of the products that remain with the customer will be taken into account for the refund.
4. Closing date, number of possible entries
The raffle runs from 17-09-2025, 11:00 a.m. to 21-09-2025, 11:59 p.m. CEST. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. The opportunity to participate in the raffle draw applies to every order placed during the promotion period.
5. Prize, raffle draw (drawing of lots) and notification
The following prizes will be raffled off among all eligible orders (points 2. and 3.):
Value of every 10th order with a maximum order value of 350 € among all eligible orders (points 2. and 3.). Winners will receive the actual purchase price of their order paid at the time of ordering as a cash prize. Orders placed during the promotion period that are returned in full do not count as eligible orders. Orders that are partially returned are considered eligible orders; the value of returned products will be deducted from the order value in the event of a win. Only the value of the products that remain with the customer will be considered as the value for the cashback.
The winners will be notified by e-mail at the mid of November 2025 via the e-mail address stored in the customer account. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of receiving notification of their win, their claim to the prize will be forfeited.
6. Reimbursement of the purchase value (prize transfer)
The prize will be transferred by bank transfer to the account specified by the winner. The transfer will be made in the currency of the order. The transfer requires that the winner provides his/her full name and bank account details. Otherwise it will not be possible to hand over the prize. The data provided will only be used to hand over the prize and will not be used for any other raffle purposes thereafter. This does not affect the retention obligations that apply to the organizer on the basis of the valid and applicable commercial and/or tax regulations. Costs incurred in connection with the redemption/use of the prize are not covered by the prize. The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for tax matters.
7. Cash payment/ exchange/ assignment
An exchange and/or assignment of the prize or a cash payment is not possible.
8. Termination of the raffle draw
The organizer has the right to change the raffle period at any time and without prior notice or to terminate the raffle without notice, e.g. if the functionality of the organizer's systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of the organizer, or if the suspicion should arise that a participant is attempting to influence the results of the raffle.
9. Exclusion from participation
Participation via automated procedures or other manipulations or such attempts (including by third parties) is not permitted, nor is a breach of the conditions of participation or an attempt to do so. The organizer has the right to exclude participants from the raffle draw, to subsequently withdraw or reclaim prizes in the aforementioned cases or in the event of suspicion to this effect.
10. Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or special losses and/or damages incurred by participants as a result of their participation and associated with a disruption in the communication or power lines, outages at the mobile network operators, the effects of harmful software, unfair acts by third parties aimed at unauthorized access and/or the disabling of the Organizer's software and/or hardware, or force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the organizer is not obliged to reimburse any losses incurred by the participants. The organizer shall be liable to the participant for culpably caused damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the organizer, as well as for damages resulting from a breach of a guarantee given to the participant without limitation in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Otherwise, the organizer shall only be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the campaign and on the observance of which the participant may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitation of liability applies accordingly to the personal liability of the organizer's legal representatives and vicarious agents.
11. Data protection
The organizer uses the data provided by participants in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.
Your rights
In addition to the right to revoke consent given to us, you have the following additional rights if the respective legal requirements are met
- the right to information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
the right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of correct data (Art. 16 GDPR)
the right to erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR) insofar as no statutory or contractual retention periods or other statutory obligations or rights to further storage must be complied with
- the right to restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR) if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it; we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
- the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, i.e. the right to receive selected data that you have provided to us in a commonly used, machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.

12. Final provisions
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be ineffective or contradict the statutory regulations, the remaining conditions shall not be affected by this. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply. The same applies to the closing of a contractual loophole. Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Data protection
The organizer uses the data provided by participants in accordance with the provisions of German and European data protection law.
Your rights

12. Final provisions
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Coupons Your coupon is valid until the expiry date stated on the coupon. It will be automatically deducted from the invoice if the coupon is activated when the order is placed. Coupons must be activated per product before being added to the shopping basket.
The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the coupon expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible.
Only one coupon can be used per product. Coupons are not valid in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be redeemed during active DEAL discounts.
The coupon is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in combination with an order at ABOUT YOU. In the event of a return, the coupon expires. Payment, subsequent offsetting or reimbursement is not possible.
Only one coupon can be used per product. Coupons are not valid in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be redeemed during active DEAL discounts.
Vouchers with voucher code A minimum order value of €75 applies to vouchers. The voucher is non-transferable, can only be redeemed in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU. It is valid once until the expiry date stated on the voucher and will be automatically deducted from your total order amount if the voucher code is entered during the order process.
In the case of a full return, the voucher value expires. A redemption for products that fall below the voucher value is not possible. You can only redeem one voucher per order. A cash pay-out is not possible.
The voucher is not valid for cosmetic and care products, and not for the following brands: Carhartt, On. The voucher is not valid in connection with other discounts, vouchers and is not applied on top of DEAL discounts. If the voucher is lost or stolen, no refund can be made by ABOUT YOU. There are no claims for partial or full replacement of a voucher.
A maximum order value of 1,000€ applies.
In the case of a full return, the voucher value expires. A redemption for products that fall below the voucher value is not possible. You can only redeem one voucher per order. A cash pay-out is not possible.

Special voucher conditions for the Net Promoter Score Among all participants of the Net Promoter Score survey who give their consent to use their order number, 50% off shopping vouchers will be raffled off (see conditions of participation: https://en.aboutyou.de/terms-of-participation-nps). The maximum order value is 500€ before using the voucher or 250€ after using the voucher. The voucher is not transferable and can only be used in combination with an order placed with ABOUT YOU. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt by email and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is provided when you place your order. In the event of a complete return, the value of the voucher is forfeited. You can redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. A cash payment is not possible.

Otherwise, the voucher cannot be credited. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for products that fall below the voucher value. It is possible to redeem a maximum of one voucher per order. The voucher code is valid from 20-10-2025 until 21-10-2025.
The voucher code cannot be transferred and can only be used once, in combination with an order on ABOUT YOU.
The discount will be automatically deducted when you enter the voucher code in the "Voucher Code" field and click on the "Apply" button before completing your order. A minimum order value of 50€ applies.
The voucher code is not valid for the following brands: Carhartt, On. The voucher code cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or EXTRA discounts. If the voucher is lost or stolen, a new voucher cannot be issued. A new voucher cannot be issued as compensation or replacement, regardless of its value. If the order is returned, the value of the voucher expires.”
